This weekend (Oct 4th & 5th)

marked the beginning of my 6 month journey in

Yoga Teachers Training

280hrs. What a blast.

I look forward to sharing this powerful tool with my clients!

Once again I will have the opportunity to learn from visiting experts from all over.  I am so excited for this learning opportunity to continue my personal and professional growth.  I look forward to sharing my knowledge and experiences with my clients!
