YOGA FAQ’s

Am I too Old, Out of Shape or inflexible for Yoga?
No, Yoga is for EVERY-Body. Come as you are.
It’s about starting exactly where you are at right now in your body.
Poses can be modified for your unique needs.
If you find it difficult, with practice i will get easier; if you find it easy, with practice it will get more challenging.
What do I wear?
Comfortable non-restricting clothing. Similar to what you might wear to workout.
So What is this all about?
It’s about feeling better in your body.
You will learn breathing techniques, relaxation/stress relieving techniques,
poses to increase flexibility, movement, circulation and relieve pain.
This is an exercise for the mind and body increasing awareness and focus.
And it’s a fun, friendly, accepting, non-judgemental environment.
What do I bring?
An open mind and willingness to try something new,
Water Bottle, Hand Towel if you will need to blot sweat,
and a large towel or yoga mat to create the space for your yoga session and protect against slipping.
